Integrated Management System
Keyclad operate an Integrated Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004. We are currently going through the process of achieving formal certification to these standards with a UKAS accredited certification body, BM Trada.
We have recently passed a stage 1 assessment which verifies our Integrated Management System meets the requirements of both standards. Our stage 2 assessment is scheduled for 18th – 20th January 2012, following which we receive formal certification.

Design Engineering

An in house team of experienced design engineers work in partnership with clients on both standard systems and bespoke requirements.  Sophisticated CAD detailing is undertaken to ensure the optimum performance of every element of the building envelope.

Health & Safety

Keyclad has the support of Bowmer & Kirkland, one of the largest privately owned independent construction companies in the UK.  As a member of the group Keyclads in-house team of advisor’s continually monitors all aspects of quality and performance.

All our site operatives and employees are:

  • CSCS approved and fully trained
  • Have attended CITB 5 day Site Management Safety Training Course
  • Are fully trained in First Aid
  • Are fully trained in Lifting Operations
  • Are fully trained in Net Inspections

Best Practice

Committed to Best Practice, Keyclads team of experienced installers undertakes regular in-house training.  In addition, each member of the team receives on-going training from Key manufacturers to ensure total familiarity with the latest product innovations.  All construction is supervised by dedicated site managers.

Partnering

Keyclad partners with suppliers to ensure quality of product and continuity of supply.  Close working relationships forged with specifiers and main contractors at early stages of the design process often reduce potential design detailing and installation problems.
